Legal
Privacy notice.
This notice explains what personal data we collect through morganmeinecke.com and in our advisory work, why, and what your rights are. It's short on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask us.
1. Who we are
"We", "us" and "our" means Blue Stream Trading FZ-LLC, a free zone company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates, trading as Morgan Meinecke Advisory. We decide how your personal data is used, so we are responsible for it.
How to reach us about your data: use the contact form on this website, choose the topic "Something else", and start your message with "Privacy". It comes straight to Morgan.
2. What we collect, and why
When you write to us through the contact form
- What: your name, your email address, your company (optional), the topic you choose, your message, and the page you sent it from.
- Why: to read your message and reply to it, and to prepare any proposal you ask for.
- Basis: your request to us, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
When you book a discovery call or an expert call
- What: your name, email address, the time you book, and confirmation that you've paid.
- Why: to hold the call and to issue the invoice.
- Your card details go to the payment provider shown on the booking page. We never see your full card number.

- Basis: our contract with you, and our legal obligations.
Testimonials
We publish a quote, a name or a logo only with your written consent, in the wording and form of name you approve. You can withdraw consent for future use at any time.
3. What the website does in the background
- No cookies of our own, no analytics, no advertising trackers. We don't follow you around the internet. If that ever changes, we'll update this notice first, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify. Like every web host, it briefly logs technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.
- Fonts. The typefaces are stored on this website itself, so loading a page doesn't contact any font service.
- Video. The film on the home page loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and only when you press play. From that moment, YouTube (Google) receives data about your visit and may set cookies under its own policy.
4. Who we share it with
Only with those who help us run the business, and only what they need:
- service providers: Netlify (website and contact form), Google Workspace (email and documents), and the booking and payment provider shown on the booking page;
- professional advisers: for example our accountant, tax agent or lawyer, who are bound by confidentiality;
- authorities: when the law requires it.
We never sell your personal data.
5. Data outside the UAE
Some of our providers store data outside the United Arab Emirates, for example in the United States or the European Union. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the law allows, such as the providers' contractual data protection commitments.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to work: 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client records: for as long as UAE tax and commercial laws require us to keep them, which is currently up to 7 years.
- Website technical logs: for the short period the hosting provider keeps them.
7. Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation where it applies to you, you may ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it if it's wrong;
- delete it, where we no longer need it or the law doesn't require us to keep it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- give it to you, or to someone else, in a common format; and
- stop using it where we rely on your consent (this doesn't affect what we did before).
Ask through the contact form as described in section 1. We answer within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are first.
If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office or, if you're in the European Union, to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We protect your data with the security measures of our providers, two-factor sign-in on our accounts, and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data and the law requires it, we'll tell you.
9. Children
This website and our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
